Buggy Fit Ruislip is a fab class – suitable for all levels of fitness, Claire makes sure there are a range of levels to include those just starting and challenge people who have been coming a while. she mixes up the classes each week so it never gets boring and the group is really friendly.
Claire is really friendly and is amazing at helping you reach your goals whether it be to shed those post pregnancy pounds or tone up. I’ve been going for three years now and will keep going until I no longer have babies in buggies!
 
I would highly recommend this class for mummies and babies/toddlers in buggies. I have been twice a week for the last month or so and already feel much better for it. It’s great to be outdoors getting fit and having fun at the same time with my baby in tow. The instructor, Claire is really enthusiastic and friendly. She puts you at ease straightaway. She helps to create a lovely relaxed but motivating atmosphere in the class.
My son is 4 months old & we have been attending Claire’s classes at Ruislip Lido for the past month. After the initial haze of coping with a newborn & the lack of sleep had improved, I was keen to get out, meet other mums & work on losing my extra weight. What a stunning location for some exercise – really enjoy Claire’s class!
Amazing – I no longer have to wear a towel and have progressed from wearing a towel every day because I had to, then as the weeks progressed to wearing a towel, just in case to the end of the course, where now I don’t have to wear a towel at all. Prior to doing the course I was having to wear a towel every day and was leaking every day. I was also constantly looking for a toilet everywhere I went and always went ‘just in case’. Even if I was going to the park with my daughters I would worry. Now I no longer wear a towel and at one of my daughter’s sports day took part in an impromptu mothers running race and had no leakage – I have never had the confidence to do this before.
Great class, instructor and location. Lovely way to shift the post-bump weight
I have been to buggyfit in Ruislip with my 3 girls and loved it everytime. It is a great way to meet new mums and get out in the fresh air, which is good for you and baby! You can take the class at your own pace, Claire makes it fun and enjoyable and there is no pressure. Claire is a great instructor – always on hand to help you and offer support. It’s a good location too, ideal for going to the park or a coffee afterwards if you want to! Would definitely recommend.
