About Holistic Core Restore® BUMP
Holistic Core Restore® BUMP is a programme designed to safely guide a woman through an active pregnancy and birth preparation. It includes pelvic floor and core training as well as functional movement.
‘Bump’ is specially designed to keep the mum-to-be strong, mobile and pain free throughout her pregnancy and get her ready for ‘mum-life’.
Together we will strengthen your pelvic floor and core, help you to exercise safely and functionally throughout the trimesters and help you to get you ready and fit for birth and beyond.
Bump is suitable for pregnant ladies who have had their 12-week scan and are in their second or third trimester.
