Your personal training session will be designed specifically for you and will take into account the changes your body had gone through and its increased needs.
Before we start training I will send you a through medical questionnaire for you to complete.
We will then meet for a consultation where we will discuss your answers and I will check your Diastasis (abdominal separation).
Depending on your answers and my findings I will devise a safe and effective post natal programme for you to help you achieve your goals.
