I suffered from a weak almost non-existent pelvic floor for a lot of my life. And had visited the gp about it. But there was nothing they could do for me. But this could’ve helped n I wouldn’t have wasted all the years of embarrassing situations.

Buggyfit is a great way to shape up and get out in the fresh air with the added bonus of taking little one along. I did buggy fit classes with both my son and daughter and my fitness benefitted greatly. Just to get out in the fresh air and meet other new mums was brilliant also. Claire’s friendly, supportive and encouraging nature makes exercising a whole lotta fun! Can’t recommend Claire and Buggyfit highly enough!

Claire is really friendly and is amazing at helping you reach your goals whether it be to shed those post pregnancy pounds or tone up. I’ve been going for three years now and will keep going until I no longer have babies in buggies!

Buggy Fit Ruislip is a fab class – suitable for all levels of fitness, Claire makes sure there are a range of levels to include those just starting and challenge people who have been coming a while. she mixes up the classes each week so it never gets boring and the group is really friendly.

Prior to doing the course I was having to wear a towel every day and was leaking every day. I was also constantly looking for a toilet everywhere I went and always went ‘just in case’. Even if I was going to the park with my daughters I would worry. Now I no longer wear a towel and at one of my daughter’s sports day took part in an impromptu mothers running race and had no leakage – I have never had the confidence to do this before.

Amazing – I no longer have to wear a towel and have progressed from wearing a towel every day because I had to, then as the weeks progressed to wearing a towel, just in case to the end of the course, where now I don’t have to wear a towel at all. Claire is extremely friendly and I can go at my own pace – this class has been beneficial to me in losing weight, toning up and working on my pelvic floor! I love that we all have our babies with us so I don’t mind when my daughter kicks off, and it’s great for getting out of the house and meeting other mums!

Claire my ambassador was great – really helpful, very knowledgeable, absolutely great. The exercises were simple to incorporate into my day and I have a very busy life – 2 young daughters and a very busy job. It really does take only 10 minutes a day.

I have noticed a large difference in my feeling and engagement. I am able to engage the muscles for a more prolonged period of time. I feel more confident that I am in control of the tone and that this is something that I can be proactive about.
