What a stunning location for some exercise – really enjoy Claire’s class!

I have been to buggyfit in Ruislip with my 3 girls and loved it everytime. It is a great way to meet new mums and get out in the fresh air, which is good for you and baby! You can take the class at your own pace, Claire makes it fun and enjoyable and there is no pressure. Claire is a great instructor – always on hand to help you and offer support. It’s a good location too, ideal for going to the park or a coffee afterwards if you want to! Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend this class for mummies and babies/toddlers in buggies. I have been twice a week for the last month or so and already feel much better for it. It’s great to be outdoors getting fit and having fun at the same time with my baby in tow. The instructor, Claire is really enthusiastic and friendly. She puts you at ease straightaway. She helps to create a lovely relaxed but motivating atmosphere in the class.

Claire is really friendly and is amazing at helping you reach your goals whether it be to shed those post pregnancy pounds or tone up. I’ve been going for three years now and will keep going until I no longer have babies in buggies!

My whole core felt better as a result of this programme

Amazing – I no longer have to wear a towel and have progressed from wearing a towel every day because I had to, then as the weeks progressed to wearing a towel, just in case to the end of the course, where now I don’t have to wear a towel at all. Claire my ambassador was great – really helpful, very knowledgeable, absolutely great. The exercises were simple to incorporate into my day and I have a very busy life – 2 young daughters and a very busy job. It really does take only 10 minutes a day.

Claire helped me regain significant muscle control in my bladder so I can now sleep through the night. There is usually no urge to wake to use the toilet. This was my aim from the start

Buggyfit is a great way to shape up and get out in the fresh air with the added bonus of taking little one along. I did buggy fit classes with both my son and daughter and my fitness benefitted greatly. Just to get out in the fresh air and meet other new mums was brilliant also. Claire’s friendly, supportive and encouraging nature makes exercising a whole lotta fun! Can’t recommend Claire and Buggyfit highly enough!

Buggy Fit Ruislip is a fab class – suitable for all levels of fitness, Claire makes sure there are a range of levels to include those just starting and challenge people who have been coming a while. she mixes up the classes each week so it never gets boring and the group is really friendly.
